I am the owner of the hotel and I work mainly in the kitchen and in the administrative management. I speak fluent Italian, German and Ladin and during the summer I personally take care of the hotel's vegetable garden from which we collect excellent fresh vegetables.

Boss & Chef


During the day I work in my workshop where I make all the pastry and confectionery produce for the hotel. In the evening I'm usually in the pastry shop. I speak Italian, German, Ladin and I'm learning English and Spanish. My favorite sport is telemark skiing a particular technique from the olden days  and I also like motorcycling.

I take care of hotel reservations, marketing, reception and during my spare time you'll find me in the pastry shop/bar  as shop/barkeeper. I like mountain biking, skiing and walking. I speak Italian, English, German and Ladin.

Front desk & barkeeper


Arrived when she was a puppy and orphaned by her mom-cat, we took care of her and she takes care of us. She lives in the kennel that we have prepared, we make her find breakfast, lunch and dinner and loves to sleep in the sun; she is very curious and a skilful mole hunter.

We naturally have other employees who help us in the day to day running of the hotel. Ardiano is the waiter in the dining room, Giovanni  and Silvia are our barkeepers in the pastry shop,  Livio helps in the kitchen, Christina and Martina are involved in the housekeeping.
