Pastry chef & bartender
During the day I work in my workshop where I make all the pastry and confectionery produce for the hotel. In the evening I'm usually in the pastry shop. I speak Italian, German, Ladin and I'm learning English and Spanish. My favorite sport is telemark skiing a particular technique from the olden days and I also like motorcycling.
