BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m. at first floor in the main part of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is composed with sweet and savoury food and hot/cold drinks. The food cannot be used for take-away.

PANORAMIC WELNESS AREA

Located on the 4th floor, our small wellness area includes a finnish and infra-red sauna plus an experience shower.

Opening hours 3-7pm, entry included for superior and junior suite guests (no reservatin is required).

Entry 15 euro per person for Comfort and Standard room guests (reservations required at reception the morning prior).

SNACK/BAR/COFFEE SERVICE AT pasticceria genziana

At ground floor of the annex you'll find our PASTICCERIA GENZIANA, open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (closed on Wednesdays).

It is a lovely place where you can enjoy excellent desserts (cakes and biscuits from our own production), ice cream cups and hot/cold drinks. We also serve small savoury snacks such as a "speck" and cheese board, toasted sandwiches, pizza slices, and vegetarian options.

There is also a wide selection of aperitifs, gin, grappa or bottles of wine that you can also bring to your room.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Euro 15.00 per washing machine load (washing + drying)

Please leave your laundry in a bag at reception and we will take care of your clothes, which will be washed and dried within 24 hours and returned to your room. We do not iron and do not wash wool/delicate items.

If you wish to use the room phone for outside calls, ask at the front desk. To make a call you have to dial 0 for the line, followed by the full telephone number . The cost of each unit is € 0.15

PACKED LUNCH

Upon booking the day before, we prepare a packed lunch consisting of:

2 mini sandwiches (with cold cuts or cheese), 1 dessert and 1 bottle of water at the price of € 12.00 per person.

Please collect from reeption between 7:30 and 9:30 am.

TAXI ARABBA

If you need a taxi, there are severals in Arabba with 8-seater minibuses. We always recommend contacting them in advance to plan transfers. For more information visit THIS WEBSITE

Check-Out

Check-out should be no later than 10 a.m. You can arrange to keep your room after this time by asking for the LATE CHECK OUT service (room available until 4 pm) at a cost of euro 40,00/room, according to availability.

Please assist us by settling your bill the evening before departure to avoid waiting times.

Should you wish to leave the hotel before 7.30 a.m. on your departure day, please inform Reception so that a take-away breakfast can be arranged.

skipass

The skipass can be purchased at the skipass office in the village centre or directly online https://shop.dolomitisuperski.com/ . If you buy it online you will be sent a QR-Code with which you can pick up your ski pass at any time at the PICK-UP BOX in Arabba at the start of the lifts or in front of the ski pass office.

SKI RENTAL/REPAIR and CLOTHING

There are several sports shops in Arabba that rent ski equipment to suit every need and budget.

If you have not already booked your equipment online, you can go directly to one of the shops in the village. The nearest one is located right next to the Skipass office.

SKISCHOOL/GUIDED SKISAFARI

There are 2 ski schools with numerous ski instructors. Should you wish to book lessons or a guide to accompany you for the whole day, please contact the two schools directly:

SKI&BOOT DEPOT

In the basement of our annexe (below the caffe/bakery shop) there is a ski and boot depot for our guests, accessible with your room key.

Should you wish to rent a locker directly at the start of the lift (Burz chairlift), we would like to inform you that heated lockers are available by reservation.

To rent a locker, please ask directly at the BURZ chairlift ticket office.

The cost for a locker for 2 people is Euro 12.00 (1 day) to Euro 52.00 (7 days).

I don't ski. what can I do in arabba?

Arabba is the land of skiers and sadly does not offer many alternatives for those who do not like skiing. However, if snow conditions permit, it is possible to go snowshoeing. On the ARABBA website, you can have a look at the activities that can be held during the winter.

Beautiful public swimming pools and saunas are unfortunately only to be found in Canazei, Ortisei or Brunico. We recommend DOLAONDES with swimming pools and waterslides, perfect for families, located in Canazei or the stunning QC TERME DOLOMITI located in Pozza di Fassa (adults only).

GASOLINE

If the outside temperature falls below -4°C, make sure that the gasoline contained in the tank of your car is ARTIC or that during the last refueling anti-freeze was added. Normal diesel fuel could "freeze" preventing the engine to start.
