Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m. at first floor in the main part of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is composed with sweet and savoury food and hot/cold drinks. The food cannot be used for take-away.
PANORAMIC WELNESS AREA
Located on the 4th floor, our small wellness area includes a finnish and infra-red sauna plus an experience shower.
During the spring/summer season the area will be accessible only ON REQUEST (reservation is required at reception the morning prior).
Opening hours 3:30 -7pm, entry included for superior and junior suite guests (free access).
Entry 15 euro per person for Comfort and Standard room guests (reservations required at reception the morning prior).
SNACK/BAR/COFFEE SERVICE AT pasticceria genziana
At ground floor of the annex you'll find our PASTICCERIA GENZIANA, generally open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (closed on Wednesdays).
It is a lovely place where you can enjoy excellent desserts (cakes and biscuits from our own production), ice cream cups and hot/cold drinks. We also serve small savoury snacks such as a "speck" and cheese board, toasted sandwiches, pizza slices, and vegetarian options.
There is also a wide selection of aperitifs, gin, grappa or bottles of wine that you can also bring to your room.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Euro 15.00 per washing machine load (washing + drying)
Please leave your laundry in a bag at reception and we will take care of your clothes, which will be washed and dried within 24 hours and returned to your room. We do not iron and do not wash wool/delicate items.

TAXI ARABBA

Check-Out
Check-out should be no later than 10 a.m. You can arrange to keep your room after this time by asking for the LATE CHECK OUT service (room available until 4 pm) at a cost of euro 40,00/room, according to availability.
Please assist us by settling your bill the evening before departure to avoid waiting times.

The Mountainpass can be purchased at the lifts or directly online https://shop.dolomitisuperski.com/ . If you buy it online you will be sent a QR-Code with which you can pick up your mountain pass at any time at the PICK-UP BOX in Arabba at the start of the lifts.
BIKE RENTAL/REPAIR and CLOTHING
There are several sports shops in Arabba that rent bikes - Ebikes and sell equipment to suit every need and budget.
If you have not already booked your equipment online, you can go directly to one of the shops in the village.
